Working effectively with AI isn’t just about having access to a capable model. It’s about teaching it your judgment.

Claude Code — Anthropic’s AI tool for software work — lets you build custom plugins that extend what it knows how to do. Anthropic calls the distribution mechanism a marketplace; this collection is the personal end of that. It’s a growing set of plugins I’ve built to encode how I actually approach specific kinds of work: writing in my own voice, editing against my own taste, structuring strategy, and the daily workflow I reach for constantly.

The insight behind building it: a generic AI assistant applies generic judgment. When you encode your own — the way you structure an argument, the questions you always ask before committing to a direction, the things you’ve learned to check — the tool becomes a genuine collaborator rather than a capable stranger.
